Easy Squaring of numbers

Square of number ending with 5
(Vedic math has 16 sutras from which one is applied here.)
"By One More Than The Previous Digit" this sutra is used here.
a) 25x25 = 625
one more of 2 is 3. Here by means multiply so 2 by 3=6, and square the last digit i.e. 5x5=25
(2x3) (5x5)
So result is 625.
b) 35x35
(3x4) (5x5)
1225

c) 95x95
(9x10) (5x5)
